I have always struggled with weight loss and staying on track. When I started coming to Physicians weight loss in Durham I was worried I would have the same problem. Things work for a little while or I would get tired of it and quit when it got hard. 2 years this May I have stuck with them and they have helped me not only with my weight but my ability to do anything I put my mind to. Thank you Nicole and Rob for being not just my weight loss coach but family.

Nicole is truly a gem. I chose to not go the GLP-1 route and just follow the PhysiciansFast diet. This space has really shown me that it is possible! Nicole has made herself so available to me that if I have any questions or concerns, I can get an answer almost immediately. I would 10/10 recommend this facility to anyone who has struggled for years on end and needs a new approach. You won't regret it!

I absolutely love going to PWLC. Joining this weight loss center have really changed my life and lifestyle. I really look forward to going every other week talking to Nicole about the plans that she put together for me. The supplements are delicious. I joined PWLC with Nicole before the pandemic and had other health issues during that time. I returned in 2024 and I lost over 30 lbs. I am really happy to have this service available to me.

I absolutely love PWLC. I struggled so much with weight loss after college. I tried all sorts of diets, fasting, and exercises. It was always frustrating to get on to the scale and see it continue to go up despite my efforts. I was on and off with my weight loss journey and PCOS for three years. It was until my brother reached out to me about PWLC. His wife and him were not always the healthiest people, but I had noticed a change in them. They had built a healthier lifestyle. As they started to lose weight, they also became more confident, and I also wanted that. Coming to PWLC, Nicole and Rob were so welcoming and nonjudgemental. They really get to know you and are always encouraging. I love PWLC because they offer all sorts of resources for their clients and most importantly to me, they offer accountability which is what I felt like I always lacked in my previous weight loss journeys. Nicole is always looking for supplements that are not only nutritious, but delicious as well. Starting off as a night shift nurse, they came up with a plan for me and always worked around my schedule. To lose 10lbs, was my only goal, but as the weeks went on, I continued to see the scale go down. Now, my journey has not been perfect, there have been a lot of ups and downs, but it is nice to see Nicole and Rob always cheering me on. It has been long weight loss journey, especially with my PCOS, but PWLC has made what I one time felt impossible, become reality.

Truth be told I was skeptical walking into PWLC Durham my first time as I had tried several different diets & intense workout programs that had little success no matter how hard I tried, however I instantly connected w Nicole & her friendly upbeat personality. She’s incredibly knowledgeable & it’s evident that she’s passionate about helping people achieve their best health. What stuck out to me most was she never once tried to upsell or add anything additional that I didn’t need to be successful on the program. I also can’t stress enough how amazing communication/customer service has been when I’ve had questions & for appointment reminders. During my time with her she has celebrated my great weeks & instead of making me feel I failed on weeks that didn’t go as planned, she made me see the big picture & was my biggest cheerleader. For anyone on the fence deciding if this could be a good fit to gain control of their health & weight I would HIGHLY encourage to them to give it a try as PWLC Durham is very literally the reason I have succeeded.
